Give yourself the gift of deep rest and stillness. Join Cath for a 2 hour restorative practice focusing on gentle movement, supported long held postures and breathing exercises.

In restorative yoga we create the conditions for our innate relaxation response to emerge. When we are relaxed and our parasympathetic (rest and restore) nervous system is activated our body can heal in the ways it needs to.

All levels welcome, even those with no yoga experience.

Meditation and Mindfulness

This 4 week course will give you the knowledge and practical skills needed to create and sustain your own personal mindfulness practice.

You will practice various techniques to develop your self awareness and discover how a mindfulness practice can help to support you in your daily life.

Practical, reflective and fun, this course is appropriate for anyone wanting to learn about mindfulness. So whether you’re a beginner and curious about meditation, or a seasoned meditator, this course will help you to learn, grow and go deeper within.

The Course Includes:

– 4 weeks of meditation and mindfulness classes

– A recording to follow guided meditations at home

– Inclusion in a private Facebook group so you can share your questions and get support when needed.
